who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on keeping things moving and making them grow.
Your mission will be to:
Be the glue between our clients and our teams.
Ensure delivery stays on track, on brief, and on time.
Proactively manage and expand client accounts by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and helping us go from handling one brand from a portfolio to handling the whole portfolio.
In short: we want you to drive account health and revenue by being strategic, organized, and client-obsessed (but not client-submissive — we expect you to lead confidently).
What You'll Actually Do
Maintain regular, thoughtful contact with assigned clients — anticipating their needs before they ask.
Coordinate seamlessly with our Head of Email to ensure flawless execution for every client.
Keep scopes of work crystal clear and protect margins by flagging scope creep early.
Identify upsell opportunities and lead the charge to expand accounts (new or extended retainers, cross-selling to sister companies, etc).
Report on account health, growth, and potential risks — before they become issues.
What we need you to have
Account management experience (agency experience = gold star)
An operational brain: timelines, scopes, briefs — you keep them tight (project management skills or experience = another gold star)
A talent for relationship-building, earning client trust without becoming a pushover
Understanding of marketing and product fundamentals — a huge plus but not a must.
English — advanced or fluent, since you will be working with our European and American clients as well as Ukrainian
