Email marketing manager
ATTN: Position always open
What We’re Looking For
1+ years managing email marketing for real businesses (not just studying it).
Comfortable with Customer.io, SendGrid, SmartSender, Klaviyo, Reteno and other ESPs — the more the better.
Can handle DNS records, domain warmup, deliverability basics without hand-holding.
Good at building flows, not just one-off blasts.
Analytical brain: you check data daily, spot when something's off, and know what to fix.
English B1+ or better — you need to communicate clearly, internally and with clients.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with SaaS, subscription models, and/or scaling startups.
What You'll Actually Do
Build email flows and campaigns that drive revenue — not vanity metrics.
Create strategies, plan sequences, launch and scale.
Own deliverability: warm up domains, monitor IPs, set up DNS, and keep emails out of spam.
Run A/B tests with a clear goal — not “because it's a best practice.”
Diagnose problems fast when metrics drop (OR, CR, CTR) — and fix them.
Analyze numbers, find insights, report cleanly — no hiding behind "it depends."
Work with designers (brief well, review properly)
Keep the ESPs, domains, and infrastructure healthy.
Always optimize — subject lines, creative, segmentation, send times, everything.
